Unfortunately I cannot ship my cookies due to the CA cottage law. So sorry!

 

How much notice do you need for an order?

I currently book orders for a 4 month block at a time. I open up my books (for example March-June), and dates are snagged on a first come first serve basis by filling out the "Custom Order Request" form. I will announce if a month is fully booked up, however if a date is open, and you'd like a last minute order, I require a minimum 2 week notice.

What is the process of ordering custom cookies?

1. Please review my pricing page to get a sense of what will be included in your order

2. Gather any inspiration ideas or photos! This does not have to be photos of cookies - I love working with loose inspiration like an invitation, decor, color palettes, etc.

3. Once you fill out the Custom Order Request form, I'll email you within 5 business days to confirm if I have availability for your date. I'll then ask any clarification questions regarding designs for your unique cookie set, and will confirm the pickup plan. My pickup days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

4. I'll get to work on your order including designing and planning out the set, printing custom 3D cookie cutters, mixing & bagging icing colors, baking, decorating & packaging.

5. Finally, the best part, you get to enjoy your delicious treats! :)

Do you deliver?

Please reach out to me to request a local delivery (up to a 20 mile radius). A delivery fee will be added onto your order.

Do your cookies contain nuts?

I do not bake in a nut-free kitchen. However, my sugar cookies do not include any kind of nuts (no almond extract). My cookies do include dairy (eggs and butter) and gluten.

How long do your cookies keep for? Can I freeze them?

All of my cookies are baked fresh from scratch. Decorated cookies will keep for 2 weeks if kept in their heat-sealed bags. If you'd like to save your cookies for longer than 2 weeks, freezing is a great option. Cookies can be frozen for around 3 months with great results. Please contact me for freezing instructions.
